Mothers Day

We had a nice Mothers Day relaxing at home.  Breakfast with Granny and PopPop before they drove back home.  And as you can see some nap time.  I was on the phone with Mom when this nap occurred and wondered why it was so quiet.  :)  They looked so comfy, I must admit I was a little jealous.

After nap time and dinner time it was time for Brielle to have a bath.  We decided to go into the big girl tub and enjoy some splash time.  Little did Mom know an easy bath can turn into a lesson learned REAL quick.  First we got undressed all cleaned up from a dirty diaper and just before the transfer to the tub Brie started to pee...All over her blanket and onto the bath rug. Lesson learned!  Thats ok...we're getting into the tub anyway....the rest into the wash.  So we enjoy our bath (see video below) and we have a spick n span Brie.  Dad left after he finished the video and I pull Brie from the tub to dry her off.  When to my shock she immediately fills the towel...and it wasn't pee this time!  So as I'm hunting for a new towel and wash cloth and trying to hold the towel, and Brie.  Brie continues to fill the towel.  Eww Lesson Learned!!  That's still ok...right?  Clean off Brie with wipes and back into the tub to clean up.  As soon as she gets set into the water....she pees.  Lesson Learned!!!  Its hard to be little...but it might be harder to be a new Mommie.  Ha ha.
